How far in advance should we book?

Summer weekends fill quickly, especially around Yellowstone season. Plan to reach out 6–12 months ahead for peak dates, and check the availability calendar for what's open.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely. The full kitchen is yours to use. Bring family recipes, hire a caterer, or do a potluck. Catering isn't provided, but the kitchen is fully equipped for large-group cooking.

Is the venue accessible for elderly guests?
