<p>The Burland is in high demand during the summer months.  We fill up fast with families coming from near and far to enjoy what the area has to offer.  Don't wait to long to book your gathering time!   If you do, we will see you in a few years instead of a few month.  (You can check out the availability page for a calendar view of all available dates.)</p>
<p>Peak time is booked with a 2 night minimum.  </p>
<p>* Reservation includes the entire Building!  All 10,000 square feet.  3 gathering/play areas, 11 seperated sleeping areas, 7 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 2 giant play areas and sooo much happiness you can't even imagine. </p>
<h2>Peak Season Rate is $1200 / night</h2>
