<p>Its a little less busy here at the Burland when all the kids are in school.  So we adjust our rates to make those near-home get-aways a little easier to get away to.</p>
<p>The Burland is not as in demand during these times so we have eliminated the minimum night stay requirement. Now you can enjoy a quick one night get-away if thats all the time you have available.  (You can check out the availability page for a calendar view of all availabilty)</p>
<p>* Reservation includes the entire Building!  All 10,000 square feet.  3 gathering/play areas, 11 seperated sleeping areas, 7 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 2 giant play areas and sooo much happiness you can't even imagine. </p>
